You probably need to tell him that you know. Then say if you are ok with it or not. If you are ok with it, tell him you'll help him shop for clothing that will fit him better than yours (also this will eliminate the chance of him stretching your stuff of of shape). Believe it or not, if you are alright with it, you will probably not only enjoy shopping with him but also increase you friendship feelings toward one another.
